Students, faculty, staff, and affiliates can have Mason ID cards made at the SciTech Campus Executive Office, located in Colgan Hall, Suite 217, on the Science and Technology Campus.
To obtain a physical Mason Photo ID:
- A valid form of picture ID must be shown (Driver’s license, Military ID, Passport).
- Students must be registered for at least one class for the current semester.
- Faculty/Staff must have a current employment status in Banner.
- Affiliates/Contract personnel must have a current status in Banner.
- Upload your own photo, following the instructions on The Online Card Office.

WHAT IS THE *NEW* MASON MOBILE ID?
The Mason Mobile ID is a digital identification that is stored on a mobile device (iPhone, Apple Watch or Android). It allows users to verify their identity electronically without the need for a physical Mason ID.
